Most items presented are done in full color via a dye-sublimation process which makes the image a part of the fabric or surface. A good bit of the artwork is supplied by ALEP’s late resident artist, Jef Murray. All products printed by White Line Screen Printing. But this is an event where YOU have input, so if you have an idea, submit it.

Sponsor a Table or Chair

Someone is always having an event and people need a place to sit. You can sponsor a chair or chairs or even a table. We’ll list your name or list it “in memory of” or “in honor of” anyone of your choosing on a metal plate fixed to the chair or table.

In return for your sponsorship, when you next need to rent tables and chairs for your event, we’ll give you double your sponsorship off your invoice. (Ex.: Sponsor a chair for $40 and get $80 off your next rental.)

Either way, state “Sponsor A Seat” in a memo line.

Table & Chair Rentals

The very tables and chairs we use for our Tolkien themed event. The chairs are white, padded seat cushion, constructed of solid resin rated at 500lb capacity. (Total of 200 on hand)

The tables:

8 ft long and foldable for easy carrying. (Total on 25 on hand)

2x4 ft long (Total of 15 on hand)
