Registrations:

     All the terms and conditions set forth by ALEP and Shaker Village are listed for you to view as you prepare to register. Read them now then ‘Continue’ to registration. All need information will be shown on the registration page.

     Only one ticket is available for the event, no Day Passes will be available.

     We have arranged to have the dinners all together at 5pm in the Trustees building.  The menu choices are all listed as well as the prices on the registration form.  Remember the meals prices INCLUDE all fees, gratuities and taxes.

     Based on your selected Payment Method and Payment Option, all the payment information will be displayed before hitting the Submit button.  As we are so close to the event there won’t be a deposit screen, but use the information presented to make your payment(s).  You can make up to 2 payments, though all balances are due by Sept. 1, 2021.

Accommodations:

      If you signed up on the commitment page then a room has been reserved for you and you just need to call with your card info to confirm. Otherwise, call Shaker Village to book one of the available rooms in the East Family Dwelling but if the rooms are full then our new contact will open new rooms close by.  Be sure to tell them you are with the ALEP group to get the 10% discount.  All contact info will be displayed after registration is completed.

 Due to all the continued Covid-19 mayhem and remaining concerns of many attendees, we have pretty much been forced to postpone ALEP 5 until the Fall of 2022.  It doesn’t matter if you believe all the Covid-19 stories are real or not, we as well as Shaker Village will continue to observe all the rules, laws and suggestions brought down from those in authoritative positions.  Just as much of concern, we also continue to watch all the State regulations and the situations with our international borders.  There is uncertainty of the Canadian/US borders becoming fully open for travel, as well as time needed to make reservations, as well as other concerns abut which we have learned.

    BUT DO NOT DESPAIR!!!  We have planned a smaller “x.5” attendee-driven type event to be in the same time slot starting on Thursday, Sept. 30th and running through Sunday, Oct. 3rd .  We’ve had to choose from the catering menu for this time around.  We do need a minimum of 25 attendees to meet our minimum requirements on food sales and to cover the site fees and expenses.  You can even opt to use some of the funds you’ve already paid for ALEP 5 and have another year to paid for ALEP 5.

    So with that, SV is moving all our current room reservations for ALEP 5 to our new dates of:

     If you already booked a room for 2021, no need to call the Village to change your booking. If you want to add or delete a day from your current reservation, then wait till mid July or later to give those working the desk time to make all the current adjustments one more time."
